Membership Request Form

WHO MAY JOIN? MEMBERSHIP IN THE ALABAMA MARINES FOUNDATION IS OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO SUPPORT THE WORK OF THE FOUNDATION. ACTIVE DUTY, RETIRED, RESERVES, AND VETERANS OF ALL BRANCES OF SERVICE, AS WELL AS CIVILIANS WITH NO MILITARY.

Lifetime membership in the Foundation is free. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $15.00 to cover the administrative costs of enrollment.

Please forward your application to the Foundation by completing the on-line application form below and clicking the submit button, which will bring up a page to enter your credit card information. When you reach the credit card information page, select "general fund" as the destination for your donation. Or, if you prefer, you may click the drop down button above entitled “Membership Document,” print and complete the form, and mail it, along with your $15.00 donation, to the address shown.
